Part of starting this webpage was meant to bring a certain amount of awareness of mental wellness to the community. In my effforts to do so, I have searched among the finest to bring to you the people most influential artists that have contributed to my own self awarness. I feel that part of an everyday appreciation to the self as well as others around you constitute the need for an everyday yogic practice. While it appears to be an everyday practice of hitting the mat, I invite you all to ditch the means of a challenge and step into what feels natural- to step into a journey of what feels inviting- of what feels fresh. To find what feels true.
Often, I feel that the general majority of the public witholds this preconceived notion that meditation is an act where one sits in complete silence in a devout attempt to drain all outside noise from within their realm. I invite the everyday person to seek peace outside of this preconceived notion. I invite the every-dayer to seek peace within, regeardess oif their circumstances. I invite everyone to find their breath and seek peace within. This is a practice and I have compiled notes from the experts to help you achieve your truest and higher self. There are no tricks; with a few tips you'll be able to ease into yourself and meditate like a pro.
Next up, here are a few websites in which you can explore the depths of your practice. Namaste, friends.
